Shooting and Killing
He is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Khalia Walker on Oct. 25. Police received calls about a shooting in the Woods neighborhood of Dallas at around 2:40 p.m. that day. When they showed up, they were informed that Walker had been driven to a nearby hospital, where he died about two hours later. The Sheriff’s Department confirms to Complex that a rifle was used in the shooting.
Although the news is now surfacing online about Lil Loaded‘s arrest, he’s been absent on social media for about two weeks. His last Instagram post was on Oct. 25 as a memorializing tribute to the death of his friend Savage Boosie.
Charge
Up-and-coming Dallas rapper Lil Loaded turned himself into authorities on Monday evening after a warrant went out for his arrest in a murder case.
The 20-year-old rapper, born Dashawn Robertson, walked into Dallas County Jail at 6:04 p.m. on Monday and was promptly arrested on an outstanding warrant for murder, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department tells Complex.
“He was booked in by the Dallas County sheriff’s office, by one of our deputies,” Public Information Officer Raul Reyna confirmed.
Victim
The 20-year-old rapper surrendered to deputies on an outstanding murder warrant. Robertson allegedly gunned down 18-year-old Khalia Walker. Cops responding to a shooting report in the Woods section of Dallas were told that Walker had been driven to a hospital, where he died hours later. A rifle was used in the fatal shooting, according to the report.
Robertson, Walker, and a third man named Cameron Walker were outside Khalia’s home when two shots were fired, sending Walker’s sister, Khija, outside, where she saw him “lying on the street with a gunshot wound to his torso,” according to an affidavit obtained by Complex. Robertson and Cameron Walker were then spotted by Khija standing over Walker’s body, the affidavit states.
While waiting for an ambulance, Khija grabbed Robertson’s phone and saw a video showing him shooting her brother, who went by the name Savage Boosie, according to the report.
Cameron Walker and Roberston then drove Walker to a hospital in the rapper’s car before Robertson dropped him off at the shooting scene and fled, Complex reported.
